5. Property Introduction and Non-Circumvention

If Aligned Homes Realty introduces a buyer, tenant, seller, landlord, owner, property, society, location, photos, videos, property report, contact, visit opportunity, or any identifying property information to a user, such introduction is considered a service provided by Aligned Homes Realty.

Users agree not to bypass Aligned Homes Realty and directly close a transaction with a party or property introduced through Aligned Homes Realty without informing and settling applicable brokerage or agreed service charges.

A property may be considered introduced when Aligned Homes Realty shares or facilitates any of the following:

  • Property details
  • Property photos/videos
  • Society or building name
  • Location or identifying information
  • Owner/seller/landlord connection
  • Buyer/tenant connection
  • Site visit
  • Property report
  • Negotiation discussion
  • Documentation coordination

6. Free Value-Added Services

Aligned Homes Realty may offer certain free value-added services for eligible clients or eligible transactions.

These may include:

  • Free basic home vastu audit
  • Free basic property condition inspection
  • Free basic move-in cleaning

These free services are subject to:

  • Eligibility
  • Property type
  • Property size
  • Deal closure
  • Brokerage/payment terms being fulfilled
  • Operational feasibility
  • Service area

  • Vendor availability
  • Final confirmation by Aligned Homes Realty

Free services do not include advanced vastu reports, vastu remedies, remedy materials, deep cleaning, pest control, polishing, painting, waterproofing, legal verification, certified technical audits, structural audits, electrical certification, plumbing certification, fire safety certification, or repairs unless separately agreed and paid for.

7. Basic Property Inspection Disclaimer

Any property inspection provided by Aligned Homes Realty is a preliminary visual observation only.

It may include visible observations related to:

It is not a certified structural audit, legal title report, electrical audit, plumbing audit, engineering audit, valuation report, government compliance audit, or fire safety audit.

Hidden defects may not be visible during a basic inspection. Users should consult qualified professionals for legal, structural, technical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, valuation, or documentation verification wherever required.

8. Vastu Guidance Disclaimer

Vastu guidance provided by Aligned Homes Realty is advisory in nature and based on traditional vastu principles, property observations, client preferences, and available information.

Vastu guidance does not guarantee:

  • Relationship outcomes

12. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers

Aligned Homes Realty may coordinate or refer third-party vendors for services such as cleaning, repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, pest control, legal documentation, home loans, moving, vastu remedies, or other services.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, third-party vendors operate independently. Final pricing, service quality, warranty, timelines, and work scope should be confirmed directly with the vendor or service provider.

Aligned Homes Realty is not responsible for vendor delays, quality issues, damages, warranty claims, pricing disputes, or service outcomes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

14. Data Storage and Privacy

Information submitted through this website may be stored in our website database, internal admin dashboard, email records, WhatsApp logs, CRM systems, spreadsheets, cloud storage, or other business tools used for service delivery and record keeping.
